TLC082-Q11 and TLC084-Q1 datasheet is revised from revision B to C, and θja are changed as follows.
Q1:
TLC084-Q1 theta ja (new datasheet) is 40C/w and increased 1.5 times.
Please explain the reason of theta ja is increased so much.
Also explain the reason of TLC082 theta ja change.
Q2:
For the revision C datasheet, Figure 49 say theta ja is 29.7C/W and 52.3C/W, and these values don’t match page 4.
Please advise which is correct.
