OPA2322-Q1, OPA2365-Q1 Output voltage swing vs output current

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OPA2322, OPA2365, OPA2322-Q1, OPA2365-Q1

Hello,

Please answer following question from customer.

OPA2322, OPA2365 datasheet has following information and it’s condition is Vs=+/-2.75V.

OPA2322-Q1: Figure 14 OUTPUT VOLTAGE SWING versus OUTPUT CURRENT

OPA2365-Q1: Figure 8. OPA2365-Q1 Output Voltage Swing vs Output Current

Customer will use Vs=+/-2.5V

Could you please supply same data when Vs=+/-2.5V.

If you don’t have, please advicse how to estimate output swing from rail using above figure.

Best Regards.

  • Both devices are CMOS and the output voltage swing depends on ON resistance Rds/on. +/-2.5V is within 10% of +/-2.75V supply so the Rds/on changes is not significant. The voltage swing should not change with the same output current. There is no available data +/-2.5V
