Can you please provide the following information for the V62/07648-01XE part?

  1. Junction Temperature Max (Tj Max)
  2. Typical Power, (Pd typ)
  3. Maximum Power (Pd max)T
  4. Thermal Resistance Junction to Ambient (Theta JA)
  5. Thermal Resistance Junction to Board (Theta JB)              
  6. Thermal Resistance Junction to Case (Theta JC)
  7. Weight

    Smitha,

    I am requesting some data to be modeled for the Theta Jb and Jc.  This should be available in a few days.

    1,3 can be answered from the datasheet.  Max Tj is 150c, and Max power is function of Theta and how temp is constrained ie Ja, Jb, Jc to maintain under max Tj.

    Typical power is also in data sheet.  Icc 10ma typ in the 1st page bullets.

    I will update with other parameters when complete.

    Theta JB 34.2
    Psi JT 7.5
    Psi JB 33.9
