Do TI provide the LABVIEW drivers for communicating with this along with the evaluation board ??

I am doing a multi channel data acquisition system and will be using LV to control all the hardware. So it is very important for me to know if TI provides drivers specifically for LABVIEW to communicate.

Thank you.

    Hi Opto Docs,

These devices are part of the High Speed ADC family.  I'll move your post over to their forum and I suspect they will be in touch with you shortly.

    Regards,

    Tom

Actually, this device is supported by the medical and high reliability group.  I will try to move this thread over to that forum if the forum will let me.  I tried to do so a moment ago but the software seemed to tell me that Tom was still moderator of this thread.  Maybe I can do so after I reply to the thread.

    Regards,

    Richard P.

    Opto Docs,

The GUI and drivers that come with the ADS5292 EVM kit are based in Labview.  There is an FTDI driver for the USB chip and that is provided as well.  I can't help write LV code, but I can provide some of our source code for our GUI that relates to the capture.  I believe that our installer package also includes NI-Visa for the communication.  Please let me know if you have any more questions.

    Thanks,

    Chuck Smyth
