I have been searching the materials related THS788 but could not find anything except the below documents only.
1. Shelf-Life Evaluation of Lead-Free Component Finishes
2. Noise Analysis for High Speed Op Amps (Rev. A)
These documents does not help designer understand how to apply THS788 for ATE.
I would like to have any materials which can be a EVM B'D, Application schematic or any technical paper to understand the device.

There is not an application note specifically for usage in ATE.
I can provide you with our evm schematic and contact information on obtaining an EVM.
I will send an email to the address you provided above.
We are also working on the THS788, for an time measurement.
Please send us the schematic of TDC788 and if possible some application note.
We are in progress to develop PCB with THS788, But as no application note or interface circuit in datasheet, it is difficult.
So please support us by sending interface circuit(schematic).
Your help will boost up our development in considerable amount.
