how to calculate SPo2 persentage level ?

I am using AFE 4490 and MSP430 .i got one source code for msp430xG43x. i used the same algoritham in MSP430 but getting value is different .

in that one they are using FIR, DC estimator i am not able to understant its logic. any one can we me me its logic details ?

can i use same function for fittering AFE 4490 's out put also(ADC out put is 22bit )?

Please take a look at the following TI design: http://www.ti.com/tool/tida-00010. There, you will find the firmware that calculates SpO2 and heartrate. This may be helpful to you, but keep in mind that the code comes as is, and we do not support it. I hope this helps.

Hello Stephen,
The example SP02 algorithm worked for some subjects, using that transmissive sensor but not all. It doesn't dynamically adjust current and gain for low perfusion patients for example. You'll need to license or develop the algorithm yourself for your end product.
The main objective of the design is to help quickly prototype hardware. Hope this helps.
