Is it possible to use the OPT101 with an AFE44x0, considering that both have a transimpedance amplifier built in?

Hello Mohammad,
AFE44x0 had a built-in differential TIA and so there is no need to use OPT101 with AFE44x0.
I would like to understand your application. Is there any specific reason why you would want to use OPT101 (external TIA) with AFE44x0?
Best Regards.
There is no specific reason from a design perspective. I was originally designing my own AFE for a reflective pulse oximeter and so I bought a few OPT101 units. I wanted to know if they would still be useful with the AFE4490, but I suppose not.
In fact, I have the same situation. I have the OPT101 part for my oximeter application. It is possible to use it?
Hello,
As I mentioned in the thread above, AFE44x0 had a built-in differential TIA and so there is no need to use OPT101 with AFE44x0.
Yes, Parveen I heard you. As I have this OPT101 I can use, I just wonder whether I can use it without spending money to buy another one, like NJL5501R.
