AFE4490 TX_REF outputting 5V

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AFE4490

Hello All -- Help would be greatly appreciated.

I am using the AFE4490 chip for a university project -- I used the reference design  for only the AFE section. We are using a different microcontroller, but have not even hooked it up yet. The chip was working yesterday (TX_REF (pin9) was outputting 0.75V, we were getting the clock signal out of CLKOUT (pin30), BG (pin9) was getting 1V, and VCM (pin4) was getting the expected 0.9V)

Now, I am getting 0V for BG and VCM and we are getting no clock out.

TX_REF is getting 5V output instead of the expected 0.75V.

I am not sure what could be wrong. Any suggestions on debugging?

Thank you!
