My customer uses the ADS5263.
He understood that there is the glitches and it's caused mechanism.
He checked the glitches size (level?).
When the input signal level 32000LSB, the glitches level is smallest.
A input signal level further from 32000LSB (Ex: 32000LSB →20000LSB →10000LSB or 32000LSB →
40000LSB →50000LSB), then the glitches level larger.
Q) Is there a relation about the glitches level and input signal LSB level?
