We have bought the evaluation board and are working on evaluating the overall functions, features and performance. One thing we need to know is that the PC software shows many BCM related parameters and we need to know the algorithms behind the scene to extract those parameters from the measured electrical signals.

The body composition algorithms implemented in the AFE4300 GUI are based on published academic equations.
I have provided the equations we have used in the GUI for calculating the BCM parameters.
These empirical equations are developed statistically by collected data from different sets of population and based on the information like person’s height, weight etc. Hence they may not be accurate for every user. Also they are not intended for production.
