We have purchased an AFE4490EVM board with finger tip sensor and installed the GUI software for it in PC as per the instruction in quick start guide (http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/slau480cstep of quick start guide (http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/slau480c/slau480c.pdf).
Now the hardware is connecting to the PC properly ("Connected" status showing in GUI and a blue LED indication showing in board) , but while capturing signal it showing an arbitrary signal other than PPG signal.
Same output signal is getting with sensor and without sensor connection.
am I need to change any configuration (for Tx Stage & Rx Stage)setting initially(other than mentioned in quick start guide) ?
I had selected the "Reset to EVM Default Settings" button.
The diagnosis Enable flags showing same status in sensor connected & disconnected stages.
