DDC112 different intrgration time between A and B

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DDC112

Hi, folks

Can I use DDC112 in below conditions?

1. Can I use different intrgration time between A and B? At below figure, can CONV H and L time

allow to apply in different time?

2. Can the external cap use in different value between A and B?

  • Keiichi-san,

Yes you can use different integration times for CONV high and CONV low, this is called Noncontinuous Mode and is documented starting on page 16 of the DDC112 Datasheet.

For integration Capacitors, see page 11 of the datasheet, the following is mentioned:

"Usually, all four external capacitors are equal in value; however, it is possible to have differing pairs of external capacitors between Input 1 and Input 2 of the DDC112. Regardless of the selected value of the capacitor, it is strongly recommended that the capacitors for sides A and B be the same."
