How to initiate the averaging and filtering in ADS5263?

I have a ADS5263 up and running. I can change most of the options using spi interface. What I cannot do is turn on the averaging and filter options. I setup the registers but the data does not change. Does this function work and is there a sequence that must be followed?

Hi Ted,

Yes, both the averaging and filtering features of the ADS5263 work. Tables 13 and 14 of the datasheet show the required settings and measured performance. Could you please provide your initialization sequence including all register writes to the device so I can see if I can replicate your issue. Also, are you using our EVM and capture card or is this on your own board?
