Unable to order free samples of TI ICs

Dear TI,

I have been unable to sample TI ICs for over a month. Every time I try to sample ICs it gives the error: "Please remove this sample or convert to purchase for $3.33"

Can you please clarify as to why I am not able order free samples?

For Eg: I need two AFE4490s for a pulse-ox project I am working on.

AFE4490RHAT free sample is available at store.ti.com. You should be able to request free samples there.

I checked again after you above message. But still I am getting the same error which I had mentioned previously in my post. Please look into it as I would like to get two AFE4490 samples.
