TI DDC 264

We want to use the TI DDC 264 chip for a medical application, we have found Verliog code of the DDC364EVM board at: http://e2e.ti.com/support/applications/high_reliability/f/30/p/176526/704976 Can we reuse parts of this code in our own product? What are the code licensing options?

Please delete the code as we can provide no licensing terms, no support, no warranties and, no guarantees implied or otherwise at this time.

We will be re-releasing the code with appropriate licensing in maximum 3-4 weeks. Will update you when this is completed.
