AFE 4403 Watch Not recognized by the GUI

When I connected the AFE 4403 Watch I bought to a laptop， turned the watch on, and opened the GUI, the GUI said "An error occurred while communicating device". Below is a screen capture of the waveform we saw. Is it the problem with the watch or the GUI?

Huijie,

Right click on the "USB Serial Device (COM12)" and clcik Update driver software. Then follow the instructions from section 3.3 of the User's guide.

I did. The driver is up to date. The same error happened when I opened the GUI.

Did you browse to the location of the driver? If it doesn't let you do this, click on "Have Disc" and browse to the driver.

you need to install drivers without digital signature as described in AFE4403 Development Guide, p. 3.3.1 (page 15)
