How to extract the Heart Rate using the Afe4400

Hi there,

I would appreciate if somebody can pass me a sample code for extracting the Heart Rate and oximeter values for the AFE4400. I have quite new to this Chip have spent some time to figure out the Sigma ADC sampling and used the sample code given by TI, but not been lucky to get the Heart Rate.

Also could not find a sample code which can get me the Heart Rate.

We do not have sample code to calculate HR, but question 18 of our FAQ explains how you would implement it.

Thanks Amy for the prompt reply, actually using filtered PPG for HR calculation I already figured out yesterday, now I am trying to understand is to which register value can give me the PPG value.

Hope you can also help me with that.

Read ADC registers (0x2A – 0x2F) after an interrupt. Most of these questions you are asking are in the FAQ link that I gave you. Please read those.
