I get 2 datasheet revision,
1st revision JULY 2003
Table truth indication :
INPUTS (OE) INPUTS (A) OUTPUT (Y)

2nd revision April 2016

I need confirmation true truth table to support evaluation for my job.

Yes, the 2003 table is correct. It is an inverting buffer/driver.
I suspect this will take at least 2 and up to 6 weeks for the corrected datasheet to be on the web.
Possibly you can reference this post for your documentation in the meantime.
I will let the engineers working this know that sooner will be helpful.
