                                  The ti supervisory ic TPS3808-EP is radiation tolerant or not.???In datasheet its specified that its able to be used in aerospace and defense applications.

    Somehow your post was missed.

    EP devices are not generally characterized or designed for radiation tolerance.  There may be data in some cases, however I do not see any data for the TPS3808.
