please clarify the quality of SNJ54AC244FK and SNJ54AHC273FK is commercial grade or military grade... because right now in our design we that part for military application.

Both components are qualified for military use. The "SNJ" designator in the part name means it's QML certified for Military and Defense applications. The "54" designator means that it is is designed to operate over the temperature range required by the military.
