LM136A-2.5QML: I need a Voltage ref of 1V for a space application, could produce it from LM136A-2.5QML?

Hi,

I need a Voltage reference of 1V for a space application.

In the space qualified product list there is not a 1V voltage reference.

Could produce it from LM136A-2.5QML? Is there any suggested circuit to produce a ref voltage of 1V?

Hello Saverio,

The lowest fixed voltage space grad reference is 1.2V. It is the LM185-1.2QML-SP.

We have a programmable reference if you need 1V. It is the TL1431-SP.

Our space grade products can be found at ti.com/space

Hello Kirby,

I have already seen this part TL1431-SP, but from the datasheet seems that is adjustable in the range VI(ref) to 36 V with VI(ref) roughly equal to 2.5V. Am I right?

If it so, should I use some Operational Amplifier to generate 1V starting from another available voltage reference? Any other idea?

Sorry, you are correct about the TL1431. I am investgating some more to see if we have anything for you.
