TFP410-EP: Decoupling frequency

Regarding power-distribution-network design, what frequency should I decouple on the board up to? I am currently assuming 200MHz, what frequency will the TFP410-EP decouple upwards from?

    Andrew, I did not find any specific requirements for decoupling. The EVM shows to have 0.1uF used.
    However, it would be beneficial to add decoupling to filter power for any specific frequencies that may exist on your board.
