LMH6628QML-SP: Output Impedance during Single Event Transient

Part Number: LMH6628QML-SP
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMH6628

Hello,

I am using a LMH6628QML-SP, in one of my design for a space application. I am trying to simulate SET on the output of my Op Amp but I need to know the output impedance of the LMH6228 (supplied in +5V/-3V) during those event.

Can you give me this information ?

Regards,

Nicolas D

  • Hello Nicolas,

On the commercial grade LMH6628 product page, there is a link to a pspice model under the Tools & software tab.   The model is applicable to the space grade part.

Have you seen the discussion on dupplex transmission starting on page 11 of the datasheet?

I do not know of any heavy ion testing or single event testing on the LMH6628.   However, several other products that use the same VIP10 process have been tested.  Here are some links to testing:

Let me know if you have any other questions.
