Hello Oliver,
The MSP430F6459TPZR is a plastic encapsulated leaded quad flatpack. It is not processed to a mil-spec flow. Temperature range is -40°C to +105°C versus the commercail device maximum temperature of +85°C.

Oliver,
There are no MSP430s or small MCUs that are ceramic or MIL 883/QMLQ. We do have some DSPs: www.ti.com/.../digital-signal-processor-products.page that are fully QML qualified will have a 5962 number.
We have a line of enhanced products that were created to fulfill the needs of many military and avionics customers that had used ceramic products in the past. These are plastic parts, many of which are rated -55C to 125C. Those MSP430s can be found here: www.ti.com/.../low-power-mcu-products.page Enhanced Product
You can learn more about Enhanced Products here: www.ti.com/.../enhanced-products.page - watch the video at the bottom of the page!
