We are developing a sensor system for use in terrestrial radiation environments. We do not require the intensive part tracking documentation of space products. Our application will not tolerate the normal expense of space products. We do need parts that will reliably operate up to 50krad TID.
How can I get information about parts of this type? I am interested in DS90C032, DS90C031, and ADC128S102. There are space qualified versions of these parts available, but the cost puts them out of range for our use.
