PWM controller and driver for synchronous buck converter

Consider using UCxxx-SP controller i.e. UC1875-SP phase shift resonant controller, drivers such as UC1715-SP .
Regarding IR MOSFETS, consider visiting IR website for some space qualified MOSFETS. TI does not offer space qualified MOSFETS that I could recommend to you.

UC1715 is rated for 30V, so it is not suitable for above design. and i am choosing uc1825 pwm controller. is there any equivalent part of ISL2100A driver? as we want to use both(pwm controller and driver) from same manufacturer.

As I understand you are looking for space qualified part, thus the reason for recommending UC1715-SP. I do not believe ISL2100A is space grade rad hard part.

What is your application? which company are you developing the system for?

HS-2100RH is a space grade part. my input voltage is 70V so UC1715 will not serve purpose. application is synchronous buck converter. we are developing for isro. thanks.
