Hello,

We had developed below schematic for the requirement.

U1 : Voltage follower

U2 : I to V converter

The desired output we expected is 16V to 18V based on the intensity of light falling on RX1 , but the output is showing only 3V.

Request help to resolve the issue.

    Your schematic lost resolution when it was posted and I cannot read most of it.
    It does appear that you do not have external compensation capacitors. The LM101 is an older amplifier design that requires external compensation capacitors. Please see the datasheet.

    What grade of product do you need? Your post shows the part number LM101AJAN, which is a military grade part.
    We have many newer mil grade amplifiers that do not require external compensation. I created a list of the higher voltage amps at this link.
    You can change filters as needed.
