LM139A: For spec of sink current

Hi team,

 

I'd like to double check the spec of sink cucrrent in LM139A. For the max.16mA in datasheet's table, is it for each channel? Otherwise, is it the total value of each channel?

    Hello Sam,
    The sink current listed is per channel. The only caution is to pay attention to the total power/thermal disippation so that the junction temperature does not exceed the specified maximum.

    Note that TI has many versions of the LM139. Please be sure that you view the datasheet that belongs to the version of LM139 of interest.
    The max output current can be specified differently, but the general answer is the same for all versions of the part.
