Quad XOR SN54L86

Need to inquire about the availability of SN54L86 which is a Quad XOR. Also, is there a version that is Radiation Hardened?

    I had trouble finding this, and there is clearly an issue with our datasheet and/or product folders.

    The datasheet is marked as obsolete for this family of XOR devices, and possibly this related to the reason why the product folder is not visible.
    There are active orderables, that I believe should be valid.
    See this datasheet, and look at the orderable appended section starting on page 6.

    Unfortunately, I don't see the exact version you are looking for.
    The L series may have been obsoleted some time ago.

    There is not a radiation hardened version of this device. I do not know the radiation performance of this device or technology.

    I will follow up with our digital documentation team to see if we can get the system straightened out.
