TPS50601-SP: Looking for long-term simulation data

1. Can you elaborate more with regards to long term simulations are you thinking of transient model or Average model . My guess would be with regards to transient model. - if you can clarify/ confirm.
2. With regards to long term aging data , drift this would relate more to worse case analysis . At the moment we do not have any data on this subject.
I will confirm with our modeling team if they can provide any additional information on it.

I am using the Average model in my sims. Should I be using the transient sims? I am trying to estimate the behavior (output voltage drift) of the regulator after 10 years of operation. I have a worst case analysis set up using long term drift estimates for the passive components to account for passive component aging. I am trying to find if there is any aging/drift data for the regulator itself, specifically the internal voltage reference and associated feedback parts that may affect the output voltage.
