TPS50601-SP: Aging and parameters drift

Hi Emilio,

1. TPS50601-SP datasheet pg. 8 highlights Vref variation over temperature and load.

2. www.ti.com/.../slak017a.pdf Radiation report also highligghts additional information.

3. Part will meet the parameters as specified in the datasheet via statistical process control and guradband.

4. what parameters are critical in your application and the drift data that you are interested in - if you can elaborate it, and I can request Test if there is any additional information that can be shared.

1. The relation between the drift in Vref (due to temperature) and a potential drift in Vout  would be interesting

2. Right, I found it useful. Anyway there is no data about displacement damage effect (but I've already opened a dedicated thread about it)
