You can use the numbers from the commercial datasheet for the VF package:

Those numbers will be added to the EP datasheet at the next revision.

Thank you for your reply. Customer is considering power dissipation from the bottom of CDCLVP111. They are going to try thermal simulation. So, would you provide θjc(bot) spec for VF PKG?

Thank you for your reply. Which means VF PKG shouldn't be installed a heat sink on the bottom, but on the top as necessary?
