OMAPL138B-EP: SPI serial flash boot in OMAPL138

Part Number: OMAPL138B-EP
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: OMAPL138, OMAP-L132

Hi,

i-m using serial SPI flash with OMAPL138 for code storage. I'm trying to load UBL to this flash. When i read  the OMAP-L132/L138 Bootloader Application Report(sprab41e.pdf), it is mentioned that All SPI boot modes use the chip select 0 signal. The appropriate pin (SPI0_SCS[0] or SPI1_SCS[0]) must be connected to the external SPI device. But i'm using CS[1] of SPI1 interface. SPI1 is used as 3 pin mode with CS is choosen as GPIO in the SPI configuration registers. Can i connect my external flash to any of the CS pins or only to CS[0]?

Regards,

Arun
