Hello Sean,

In general it would be at ground potential. I can look into this but it would help to know the application and how the die potential is relevant to the design. Please let me know and I can look into it!

Hello Kyle,

Not sure of how the design will be biased, but I was tasked to find out what the backside potential would be.

Would this be standard Cmos process with P-type substrate, therefore ground ?

Hello Sean,

Looking into this it appears the die is actually floated. FYI this is a bipolar device, not CMOS.
