I was told that TI is having manufacturing problems with this part and lead time is 35 weeks.

Can you describe what the delay in manufacturing is?
IE--packaging--test--component shortage---

ALSO in the part number field of this form it does not recognize this part number ?

Hello Tom,

I will look into this and get back to you. I believe the reason that E2E didn't recognize the part is you put the orderable part number instead of the generic part number (TPS7H1201-HT). Either way, I appreciate knowing the orderable number (TPS7H1201SHKS)!
