Dear All,
I'm using TSW1400evm Rev D and AFE5809EVM Rev. A. Following the User guide instructions, I setup AFE5809EVM GUI properly. Then, I open High Speed Data Converter Pro (V 4.5) and connect to the board. After that, I select my AFE5809_14x from the top left menu. Then for a few seconds, it shows the message that the firmware is downloading. However, the process is interrupted with the following error:
"no firmware please select a device to load firmware into the board".
After trying the same process on another PC, I noticed that I could successfully load the firmware into the board. However, on the new pc, the same error occurred a few days later.
My issue is exactly same with the issue on the following thread. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this issue?
