AFE7071: Baseband filter corner frequency to filter_tune[4:0] register field relationship

Hi,

I am need to program AFE7071 baseband filter's cut-off frequency to different values between 0.2 MHz and 10 MHz but the datasheet doesn't give an equation to compute CONFIG5 register's filter_tune[4:0] field to yeild a given corner frequency for the 4'th order Butterworth filter.

Do you have an equation, or a 32-deep look-up-table that describe how the filter_tune[4:0] field is related to the filter's cut-off frequency?
