ADS5294: 1k analogue input impedance variation

Part Number: ADS5294

Hi,

We drive each analogue input of the ADS5294 from a pair of amplifiers via a pair of 180 ohm + 140 ohm resistor dividers. We're seeing a gain error, but the common-mode voltage is spot on. The symptoms would be explained if the 1k + 1k resistors internal to the ADS5294 are not exactly 1k. The datasheet doesn't specify their tolerance, do you know what the tolerance on these resistors is please, and what their temperature coefficient is?

Thanks,

Tim.
