AFE4300: EVM - strange values during calibration

Part Number: AFE4300

Hello,

I recently bought a AFE4300 evaluation module to include it as a part of a bio-impedance device.

Several times I tried to follow the steps described in the User's Guide and in the application note for impedance measurement with AFE4300EVM but the results I get are far from what is shown on the screenshots and eventually when I try to measure impedances with wires connected to the device, it fails to find the correct value.

In FWR mode, I performed the calibration with R56 and R57 which are respectively (703 and 903 Ohm, measured values), and the .ini files were coded accordingly. The calibration results are 0.0045(mv) for R1 and 0.0071(mv) for R2, which is 100 times less than what is shown on the application note. I also tried to use a simulated 1kOhm body-impedance using SW3 and J40 but I get -0.00076 V which is quite far from the announced 0.69V.

Is there something wrong with Vref? The entire board? I'm not sure what to check at the moment and I'd really appreciate some help.

Thank you !

Grégoire
