Hi team,
The customer is using AFE4300EVM-PDK. He uses the external load cells.
For the hardware connection of the EVM, he uses INP1 and INM1 channel. And the hardware connection figure is in the attachment.
Please check it.
Then he open the GUI software and set the GUI. The GUI setting figures are in the attachment.
After he finishes to set the GUI and click the "Capture", the GUI shows an error that is "there is no data to read from the device buffer".
Even if he uses the BCM mode, the GUI shows the same error.
Would you provide some suggestions?
