ADS58J63: Differential driver amplifier requirement for ADS58J63

Hi,

I am planning to use ADS58J63 in my design. I have a couple of queries regarding this.

1. The datasheet says the differential input full scale voltage as 1.9Vpp. Does it mean that it is the effective voltage or 1.9Vpp on INAP and 1.9Vpp on INAM individually.

2. Request you to suggest a suitable single ended to differentail driver amplifier for this device. My input signal is in 250MHz - 500MHz range i.e. in 2nd Nyquist zone.

    1. The differential 1.9Vpp translates to half that (i.e. 1.9/2) on each individual pin.

    2. Check out LMH5401 diff-amp for your application. You can look at the TSW12J54 reference design. This uses the LMH5401 with the ADC12J4000. It is a different ADC than what you are using but the interface should be similar.
