I'm developping a Brushless Controller. Recently I had some trouble with my MOSFET Drivers. So I changed to the TPS2811P. The problem is now, that they don't want to work with more than 8.9V. With 8V they turn the MOSFETs on and off very well, but if I turn the voltage above 9V they just stop switching.
Does anyone know this problem and know what to do?
Unfortunately, I am not familiar with this part.
Have you considered using one of our integrated parts like the DRV8301 or DRV8312?
