DRV8832 H-Bridge driver

I would like to confirm the operation as H-bridge driver of DRV8832.

1. Can we use DRV8832 as "H-bridge driver" ?

 The condition is below;

 Vcc = 5V, VSET connects VREF --> about 4.5V H-bridge driver ??

2. We don't need FAULTn pin. Where do we need to conncect FAULTn pin?

    Hi Atsushi

    The logic of DRV8832 is not half bridge independent.

    If you look at the table2 of DRV8832 datasheet, you can find whether the output is "Z" or "L" will be dependent on the other half bridge. You may not want this.

    DRV8839 can be used in the independent half bridges.

    FAULTn pin can be floating or pull high if you don't want it.
