Motor driver for stepper motor

Sir/mam

             I am planning to make a automatic solar tracker, So for the movement i have planned to make use of two stepper motors for x and y axis.

So kindly direct me to which kind of add on board should i go for using tiva TM4c123 dev board, and specs for stepper motors to turn a 10 kg weight.

    Hi Adhithya,

    I suggest that you determine which stepper motor you want prior to determining the motor driver. Stepper motor manufacturers can help you determine the motor.

    Once you have the motor specifications, the motor driver will be easier to pick.

    The stepper motor evaluation modules have a mcu on board. It would have to be modified to wire the TM4c123 to the stepper motor.
