DRV8804 SDATOUT frequencies

I have a question about DRV8804 SDATOUT.

Data sheet P7 recomend 1kΩ external pullup in case of using over 1Mhz clock frequencies.

-How much frequencies does SDATOUT in case of 1kΩ external pullup at 5V?
-How much is internal pull-up resistor at SDATUT?

Hi Noda,

We only have partial information at this time.

Using the external 1k pullup resistor is intended to allow maximum frequency of ~16MHz, T(CYC). This assumes that all other timing constraints of the serial interface are met, especially the TD(SDATOUT) and TSU(SDATIN) if the clock is not 50% duty cycle.

We are still investigating the internal pullup value.

Hi Noda,

The internal resistance can be as much as 85k. I hope this helps.
