DRV8711 The meaning of IDRIVERP

My customer is using DRV8711.
he and I have a question about the meaning of IDRIVERP.

In datasheet P28, It is written about IDRIVEP.
Expressly, At DESCRIPTION, It is written that High-side gate drive peak current.
I changed IDRIVEP setting from 200mA to 50mA.
I think that it change only waveform of high side Vgs.
But It was different from my idea.
Please see the attached file.

Does IDRIVEP show all gate driver source current setting?

Hi Shimizu,

The high side and low side are meant for the internal predriver MOSFETs not the external N-MOS.
IDRIVEP is for the source ability for all external High-side and Low-side loads.
IDRIVEN is for the sink ability for all external loads.
So, what you find is just what expected.

About TDRIVEP and TDRIVEN.
Are those meaning correct at the following?　
　
TDRIVEP : for the source time for all external High-side and Low-side loads.
TDRIVEN : for the sink time for all external High-side and Low-side loads.

Hi Shimizu-san,Yes, the meaning is correct.
TDRIVEP applies to source time of high side and low side predriver outputs (AxHS, AxLS, BxHS, BxLS).
TDRIVEN applies to sink time of high side and low side predriver outputs (AxHS, AxLS, BxHS, BxLS).
This is best described on page 6 of the datasheet Iouth, Ioutl, and TDRIVE under MOSFET DRIVERS and figure 14 on page 20.
