Buck Converter of DRV8301 Reference Voltage

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8301, TPS54160, BOOSTXL-DRV8301

Hello,

I am facing problem in the reference voltage of DRV8301 buck conerter.

It is regulating the output  (8.6V, while designed for 5V, Rupper =53.6K, Rlower = 10K) at Vsense of 1.34V, instead of 0.8V, also the switching frequency its showing is 758 KHz, while the chosen resistor (Rt) is 301K.

The other parameters at this condition are:

1. Input voltage: 20 to 50V (no effect while input voltage is changed)
2. EN pin is left floating and voltage measured is 5.37V
3. SS pin is grounded with 6.8 nF cap, and the voltage at this pin is 2.65V
4. Rt = 301 Kohm, so frequency should be 400 Khz but it is 758 KHz as measured
5. Ton measured = 280 ns at 34.5V input

The same problem is seen in all 2 - 3 boards, I have assembled. I also tried changing the IC but no effect. Earlier I was using the Q1 version of IC and then switched to Industrial grade, but no effect.
