Hi,
Device datasheet, page # 19, Section 6 None Volatile memory 6.4 specifies that VCC level has to be 22V during programming of EEPROM. However "Recommended Operating Condition", page # 10 lists the Minimum VCC to be 6~8 V.
Can the EEPROM be programmed while VCC level is at 6~8 V or it must (?) be 22V?
