DRV10963 cannot work

1. experimental circuit looks ok.
2. For PWM input Frequency in datasheet is from 15KHz to 100KHz (datasheet page5), would please you change it within this range?
3. Would please you share with us phase current waveforms?
4. Would please you share with us OTP setting after you reference DRV10963 Evaluation Module User's Guide ?

Hello Janet,

I change PWM input Frequency for 500Hz to 62.5KHz.

Then the motor generated click sound. I think the motor move discretely like clock.

The wave form is showed below.

 Ch1:U  Ch2:V

Ch1: W  Ch2,V

I read the DRV10963 EVM guide and DRV10963 Datasheet.

But I do not have EVM module and USB2Any Device. So I cannot read OTP setting.

Thank you for information.
I cannot open CH1:U CH2:V file, and look to me Ch1:W Ch2,C is voltage waveform, not current waveform.
OTP setting information is important because these setting are related to motor parameters for an application.

  From waveforms, the motor inductance is too low for DRV10963 to drive.
