DRV8305Q1EVM initialization failure using InstaSPIN_UNIVERSAL.exe

My Customer is using InstaSPIN_UNIVERSAL.exe. They see failure while InstaSPIN_UNIVERSAL.exe is trying to initialize DRV8305Q1EVM and see below error message.

How to solve this error? thnaks!

Hi PYTsai,

I apologize for the delay in response.

Have you tried recompiling the lab you're running in code composer studio? This can help solve this error.

When you run our EVM, are you first powering the EVM through VM and then plugging in the USB connector? This may also solve this error.

I would also recommend following our EVM user guide steps to insue correct initial instillation.
